Product Description

Working principle:
1. according to the product filling temperature requirements, into the sterilization kettle set temperature sterilization process water
2. the use of circulating pump sterilization process water through the heat exchanger side of the sterilization process water in the kettle for circulation spray.
3. Steam is injected into the other side of the heat exchanger, and the process water is heated to the set sterilization temperature.
4. In the sterilization stage, the circulating pump is in the open state, and when the temperature fluctuates, the steam volume is controlled by the membrane valve to achieve relatively stable temperature;
5. After sterilization, stop injecting steam into the other side of the heat exchanger;
6. Open the cold water valve and inject cooling water to the other side of the heat exchanger to realize the sterilization process water and product cooling in the kettle
